Delivery
The delivery of all MAYME? products across mainland France is always FREE.
Shipping to mainland EU, EEA countries, as well as Switzerland and UK costs 10€. Shipping to the US costs 20€.
Returns
In accordance with European legislation, Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement without any penalties and without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, by prior written communication to be forwarded to: MAYME?, 74 rue Saint Sauveur, 06110 Le Cannet, France, contact@maymeperfume.com
In the communication, Customers shall specify the product/s on which they want to exercise the right of withdrawal. The written communication shall specify: the intention to exercise the rights granted by law; the indication of the purchased product; a copy of the original sales letter that the Customer has received, item code/s, in case of partial withdrawal, bank details for the transfer (IBAN Code of the Customer’s current account, and BIC/SWIFT Code for foreign Customers).
Customers are only required to pay the shipping costs. The right of withdrawal shall exclusively apply to items that are intact upon return.
According to law, MAYME? undertakes to refund the Customer in the manner and terms agreed upon by the parties. Alternatively, and exclusively with the prior consent by the Customer, it will be possible to provide a substitute product.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not intact, i.e.: In absence of the original packaging; In absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, gifts, etc.); If the product is damaged.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by Consumers (i.e., natural persons who purchase goods for purposes not related with their professional, commercial or entrepreneurial activity); therefore, it cannot be exercised by legal entities or natural persons who act for purposes related to the professional activity they may perform.
Return costs are borne by the Customer.
Rturn of Damaged Goods
In case you receive your perfume broken or damaged during transportation, please send a photo proof at contact@maymeperfume.com
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
1. Please email contact@maymeperfume.com and include your order number, reason for return, your name and phone number to contact you, if necessary.
2. You will receive a confirmation email for the return.
3. Package your return well to prevent damage in transit.
4. Done!
We have a 14-day return policy. Naturally, we expect you to return your perfumes in the same condition you received them – unworn and unharmed.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products in packaging that has been customized to fit the needs of the client, as well as custom fragrances designed during the create-your-own-perfume workshops.
